Félicitations à Madame le Ministre, Marie-Luce PENCHARD

La Voix de l’Outremer, par l’intermédiaire de son Bureau, exprime ses plus sincères et chaleureuses félicitations à Madame Marie-Luce Penchard, nommée le 23 juin 2009 au Gouvernement comme secrétaire d’Etat à l’Outre-Mer.

Cette nomination est la reconnaissance de l’importance qu’accordent le Président de la République et son Gouvernement à la recherche de nouvelles personnalités et de nouvelles compétences pour répondre aux très importants défis auxquelles la France d’Outre-Mer doit faire face.

La Voix de l’Outre-Mer souligne le caractère historique de la désignation de Madame Marie-Luce Penchard qui, Guadeloupéenne, est la première Française d’Outre-Mer à occuper le siège de ministre pour l’Outre-Mer.

Nous lui souhaitons toute réussite et plein succès dans ses nouvelles
fonctions.
